Shipping & Delivery
We ship with DHL within 24 hours of purchase, including insurance, tracking and usually ship priority. Depending on where you are located, shipping takes between 3-7 business days (EU domestic). Please note that we do not ship to PO Box addresses. WE SHIP MONDAY THRU FRIDAY.
International shipment: Items being shipped overseas will take 48 hours to process. The delivery time on international shipment will vary depending on the customs in your country.
Shipping charges will be determined by the actual weight or the dimensional weight of the package whichever is heavier. Therefore, the shipping charge on your invoice may not be accurate. After we receive your order, we will notify you with the correct amount. Please wait for our confirmation email with the total wire amount before sending wire payment to us.
Also note that any orders shipped outside the EU are subject to duties, taxes and other fees. The buyer is responsible for all taxes in addition to the shipping and handling fees. NO Exceptions. Fees/Taxes are determined by customs officials and may vary in each country, please contact your local authorities.
All items shipped include signature confirmation. If additional insurance is desired, it is the buyer's responsibility to inform us, so we can add additional insurance at time of purchase/sending.
Returns
Satisfaction with your purchase is of utmost of importance to us. European Deluxe offers a 7 day return policy and a Money Back Authenticity Guarantee.
We stand behind the accuracy of all items we offer and strive to provide you with a superior shopping experience. In order to avoid unnecessary returns, please read the description of the item, view all the photos carefully.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

Notify us within 2 days of receiving your item.

Merchandise and Box must be unused and returned in the same condition.

Item must have our authenticity tag still attached.

Item must be returned with the invoice included.

Return shipment must be made within 7 days of original purchase delivery.

The item was not specially ordered for you.
The shipping and handling fee is non-refundable and refunds will be processed as soon as we receive the return.
If the item is found further used or in a condition different from its original shipment, we reserve the right to refuse the return. These items will be returned to the customer.
Reservation
When you needed more time to think and make a decision on our popular items, we suggest you to put it on hold. Putting an item into “on hold” status is free of charge and will remain on hold for you for the next 24 hours. After 24 hours, down payment or full payment is expected.

We accept international bank transfer or cash payments. No credit cards, no PayPal payments. All prices are in €uro. Once you agree to buy the item from us, 30-50% deposit is required depending on the item. The remaining balance is due before shipment if we agreed to ship the item to you.
